Where the all petrol has gone?

It is sorrowful as a nation that we have no information about petrol (where did it had been gone?) and there is , statement by Oil Minister which is called minister for oil & gas.
Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Geelani had taken a notice but not enough, Actual retail price for the Petrol is $  1/Liter in Pakistan which is equal to 86 RS pakistani, but petrol is available on retail shops  and General Store (that are without lisance and not ment for Petrol selling) instead of hundreds petrol pumps of different national and multi-national companies,
In Punjabi we says

"چور تے کتی رل گۓ"

It is said when care taker and looter makes and understanding for looting, literally it means Bitch (means watchmen) and thief get a joint venture.
Our media is the source of full katharsis of people so Revolution is ten years (as same situation) far from us which is going to get more time in my view point.
for one more decade any ruler can make us.
No one is agreed to go against govt which is miserable and un-cure able disease in public.

Budget 2011-12

Petrol prices have been decreased in Pakistan, Every body is not taking interest in budget 2011 because govt is not restricted from making mini budgets when it requires new allies to it in parliment.From now onwards petrol companies will decide petrol prices for themselves. Nothing more for KESC where most of our politicians   brothers are serving on high salaries from .5-2.5 millions Rupees.Some one will tell me what is in it for common poor man while it is rich with facilities for poor politicians.it may be last budget from this govt. please some one explain budget and it status and value till June 2012?
Petrol is not available on petrol pumps but why? nobody knows and no one wanted to know about that. We are in tension but have been prepared for any kind of war against our own self. We can eat our selves and doing so.
